WholeVantage Advisory was established to support companies that are preparing to enter the U.S. market or are already operating in the United States, by providing practical and reliable HR consulting services.

Through WholeVantage, I aim to bring together professional HR judgment, a psychology-informed understanding of human behavior and workplace dynamics, and practical support for real business situations. My goal is to provide clients with clear, sound, and actionable guidance.

I bring over twenty years of leadership experience in human resources and organizational management, integrated with hands-on sales management experience and psychological counseling practice. With a Master’s degree in Psychology and three senior U.S. HR professional certifications, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective across cultures, geographies, and business functions.

In my approach, I combine a deep understanding of management structures and employment compliance with business reality and organizational insight. I am committed to helping companies build solid management foundations, implement effective operational practices, and establish strong organizational support systems, so they can remain competitive in a complex business environment.
